How do I get into the spot?
Once your booking is confirmed you get the exact address, an entrance photo, access instructions and the gate code if there is one. Hosts can also arrange a key or remote handoff through chat.
What if I need more time?
Tap Extend on your active booking. We check the host’s calendar instantly and show you the added cost before you confirm.
What happens if I overstay?
We remind you before your time ends. If you stay past the end without extending, an overstay fee may apply, which goes to the host.
Can I cancel?
Hourly and daily bookings are free to cancel up to 2 hours before start. Monthly bookings are free up to 7 days before start, then need 30 days’ notice.
How much does it cost to list a spot?
Listing is free. We keep a 5% host fee from each booking, and pay out the rest to your bank every Friday.
